Back in the USA
Written by Neil Franklin on August 15, 2007 – 8:43 pmI have just returned from a trip to the UK and had an actioned packed week visiting friends, family and of course, some business thrown into the mix.
I am laying the foundation for an expansion of my USA companies into Europe and am on a serious search for talented people. It's a little strange going back to my homeland even after only being away for a couple of years, but it was nice meeting up with some old school friends and going back to see my own family in South Wales. People always ask about life in America and are astonished to hear me say how much less stressful it is, compared to living and working in England. Admittedly, I am comparing this to my own working life in London, so it may be an unfair comparison, but I genuinely do believe that there is less stress over here in the US.
Franklin-Spirko has just landed a major client as I mentioned last time - none other than the Donald Trump University! This was thanks to Crazy Jacks blogging! Talk about the power of a blog!
The Val Riazanov Ballistic Striking DVD has finally been released and Val is due out here in a month for the follow up DVD's. The next releases are Ballistic Kicks, Fighting from the stand-up position, going to the ground and then back to the stand-up position and an audio CD on breathing! Now that we have been through the pain of writing, producing and marketing a DVD, we are well prepared for the next.
My next venture is a golf one, working with legendary trick shot and former tour pro, Larry 'Wedgy' Winchester! 'Wedgy' as he is known, was the 1985 Long Drive Champion and has also hit a golf ball across the Blue Danube!
As always, stay tuned!
~Neil

Neil,
Two things:
1. I don’t recall registering for your email alerts, but when I attempted to register, I got the message I was already in your database. Yet, I’ve never gotten an alert. What gives?
2. When I googled your name, you came in below a crown prosecutor, a computer geek, and a couple of other Neil Franklins. Maybe you could distinguish yourself from the rest of the Neil Franklins by using your middle name. In fact, hyphenate your middle and last names. It looks classier and could someday gain you a knighthood.
Now that you’ve got a client, when do we begin the FS newsletter?
Sincerely, your contract writer,
Martin Watson-Dodge
